Don’t be Artificial

In this video Bunny explains why artificial fertilisers are in the main totally unnecessary in your garden. They are expensive, much is leached off into rivers and water courses with harmful effects. Additionally artificial fertilisers upset the natural balance of the soils microbiome. General fertiliser is often 10:10:10 (N:P:K ratio), but actually what plants use is more like 3:1:2 ratio, so ...

Such a beautiful garden and really enjoyed Matthew Rice! I’m excited to see the finished illustration of your gardens. I would love videos of you working in your gardens and what you do daily. Kind of a “follow the Bunny” sort of videos. That would be wonderful!

Bunny, I never miss a video, but please do justice to your marvelous guests like Matthew Rice (charming) and get a decent sound system so we can hear you and your guests. It really distracts from the wonderful content that you are sharing. Can't wait to see the finished work of art.

Hi Caroline, Someone, Ellen, is coming in to help fix the sound on Wednesday, because UA-cam wasn't something I learnt on my Landscape Architecture degree. I don't know if it is the Rode mics that are the issue, or DaVinci Resolve, or the settings of either, or the fact that we record outside... But hopefully (fingers crossed) she will be able to work it out and sort it, so we don't have this problem on future videos. Many thanks Unity (I do the videos and podcasts)

My favorite way of exercising is to weed in my garden. Every day after work, I take a stroll around my garden to see and enjoy it. And if there are any weeds I pick it up, it’s so easy to maintain the garden that way.

I wish I could find some paint the same colour as the metal chairs 15 secs in; or know the name of the colour. It would be ideal for a metal arch I have just purchased. I didn't know Garrya Elliptica was suitable for a container - I like the plant , but don't have a suitable spot in the ground. Thank you for another interesting and educational video.
